White Harvest Energy is excited to announce our approval as a registered Trade Ally in Duke Energy’s Smart $aver® - CHP Initiative. The goal of the program is to facilitate customers access to the total fuel efficiency of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) by leveraging energy efficiency incentives as enabled by the effective electric efficiency of the system. With Duke Energy guidance, WHE will assist eligible customers and projects in the identification, design and implementation of qualifying CHP projects within the participating Duke Energy jurisdictions and guide the customer through the Duke Energy Smart $aver® - CHP Incentive process for qualifying incentives.

Eligible Customers:
Only nonresidential customer premises served by an active Duke Energy electric account that are eligible under applicable state regulations, and are opted in to the applicable Energy Efficiency Rider are eligible. Customers may call 866-380-9580 to verify eligibility. Written customer consent is required to release non-public customer information to a third party.

Eligible Projects:
New non-utility owned Combined Heat and Power systems sited on a customer premise are eligible for consideration under the Duke Energy Smart $aver® - CHP Incentive Program. This includes both top cycle and bottom cycle CHP projects only in the Duke Energy Carolinas/Duke Energy Progress jurisdictions as well as bottom cycle CHP projects in Duke Energy Kentucky and Indiana jurisdictions.

Contact White Harvest Energy to start the discussion and take advantage of incentives in the Duke Energy’s Smart $aver® – CHP Initiative.
